nothing to see here!
Description
Ever called home while travelling and realised too late it’s the middle of the night there? Your iPhone’s built-in World Clock in the Clock app can stop that happening. I’ll show you how to add the countries that matter to you so you can see every time zone in one place, plus how to add it as a Home Screen widget so a single glance tells you the time back home before you dial.

If you travel a lot, you’ll know the feeling of wanting to call home, but not knowing what time it’s going to be when you call there. Time zones can make things really complex, and you don’t want to ring your wife in the middle of the night. Trust me, I found out the hard way.
Well, this has been a lifesaver for me. All we’re going to do is open up the Clock app and tap onto World Clock at the bottom. From here, tap on the plus button and you can add any countries you care about. Your home country, where you’re travelling to, anywhere you regularly communicate with.
And then you’ll get a list of different time zones, and you can see at a glance what time it is in each of those regions.
Small bonus, if you want to, you can add it to your Home Screen as a widget as well. And then just at a glance, you can see what time it is back home before you make that phone call.
