Jacob Woolcock

Hi, I'm Jacob.

I work with schools and organisations to make technology feel simple, meaningful and genuinely useful in the classroom.

Through engaging hands-on training and keynotes filled with inspiring classroom stories, I share practical ideas that help teachers feel confident using iPad and Mac to support every learner.

Everything I do is rooted in more than a decade of real classroom experience, with a focus on clear, easy-to-follow strategies that teachers can pick up and use straight away – making small changes that lead to a big impact over time.

And yes, that is a photo of me chatting to HRH King Charles and Tim Cook.  If I can’t shamelessly use it here, where can I?

I've led events with:

Conferences + Events

I hate Green Screen. Well, I hate traditional Green Screen. It's just such a pain finding all the gear, setting it up, ensuring everyone takes it in turns and inevitably not everyone will get a chance to finish. If only there was a better way...

Join me for this hands-on creative workshop involving play-doh, protractors, iMovie and a ton of creativity as we explore a technique I call the Magic Reveal.

I deliver conference sessions and keynotes built around the idea of learning without limits, bringing it to life through real stories from my own classroom.  I share what’s worked, what hasn’t and the moments that have genuinely transformed learning in a way which is authentic, relatable and grounded my experience.

If you’re looking for a speaker who can energise your audience and spark meaningful change, my talks are designed to do exactly that.  I show how I’ve used technology in a truly transformative way – not as an add-on, but as something that unlocks creativity, collaboration and deeper thinking in the classroom.

Delegates will leave not only inspired, but equipped with practical ideas and takeaways which they can implement straight away, making your event both memorable and genuinely impactful.

I've delivered training for:

Workshops + Professional Development

Alongside my conference sessions, I also run hands-on workshops and staff training that’s rooted in real classroom experience.  I’ve been there myself, so I know what works, what doesn’t and what actually makes a difference day to day.  Everything I deliver is practical, relevant and designed to be used straight away in school.

I like to keep things friendly, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable – we’ve all experienced painfully boring training days or information overload and it’s hard to take much away from sessions like that.  For me, it’s about giving staff the confidence to try things out, ask questions and leave feeling inspired rather than overwhelmed.

I regularly run sessions on all aspects of using iPad and Mac in education, from accessibility to AI, digital learning platforms to creativity.  However, I’ll always work with you to shape something bespoke around your setting, your priorities and your team – so the training feels purposeful, useful and right for you.
